By shopping at and using the Kaifak store, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated on the website.
Warranty:
Electrical appliances offered and sold through the website are covered by a two-year warranty from the authorized dealer. Please verify the appliance you require.
General Information about Delivery and Shipping:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping plan, in addition to the weight or dimensions of the ordered products (in some cases).
- Orders are processed every day of the week except Friday. Orders placed before noon are typically delivered to the shipping company on the same day.
- Kaifak reserves the right to change the shipping company for a customer's order as deemed appropriate for the customer's best interests.
- We will provide the customer with the tracking number after the order has been shipped via email or SMS, allowing the customer to track their order.
- Delivery to all cities in Saudi Arabia takes 2 to 4 business days from the shipping company receiving the order.
- The delivery representative will contact you or send you an SMS to schedule the delivery time.
- If a shipment is not received within one week of its arrival in your city (excluding shipments via Redbox 2), it will be returned to the Kaifak online store. If the customer wishes to have the shipment reshipped, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the customer is not serious about purchasing after confirming the order and refuses to accept it after it has been handed over to the shipping company, the shipping company will deduct the return shipping and handling fees from the store, which can reach up to 50 SAR in some cases. This amount is deducted from our account due to the customer's lack of seriousness (and remains their responsibility). Therefore, we urge all customers to carefully select their products and review the shipping and delivery options to ensure they are suitable before ordering.
- We offer free shipping during certain periods of the year, provided the customer adheres to the invoice amount.
If, after completing an order, an electronic payment method is found to be unavailable or shipping is not possible, Kaifak will refund the payment to the customer's bank account after contacting them and obtaining their payment details.
- Kaifak Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any received orders if there is an error in the order, the information provided by the customer, or in the product pricing.
- Kaifak Store reserves the right to modify products at any time without prior notice.
- A customer's order will be canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
- Please order through the website. The mobile number provided is for communication and inquiries only.
- Kaifak Store is not responsible for damaged shipments. If your shipment is damaged, please inform us and contact the shipping provider.
- Kaifak Store is not responsible for any health risks resulting from the consumption of products available in the store. If you have any allergies, please read the product description before purchasing.
- If a product is received in error, a return policy will be issued to the customer, and the shipment will be returned to the shipping company.

Returns:
- We kindly ask customers to inspect the shipping carton before signing for delivery. If the carton is significantly damaged, please also inspect the products before signing. If the carton or products are damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0540090253 and provide details.
If partial damage is found in the order, partial compensation will be provided based on the assessment of the damage. A replacement product will only be sent if the damaged product was damaged before shipment by the shipping company.
