 Return and Exchange Policy

At Kaifk Store

1: Customers have the right to exchange or return products if they arrive damaged or defective, provided they have notified the store immediately.

(Through available communication channels) upon receiving the order.

2: Returns and exchanges are not available for coffee, sauces, chocolates, perfumes, cups, coffee machines, and grinders.

3: Returns and exchanges are available for other products immediately upon receipt of the order by the customer. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4: Returns are accepted within 3 days only.

5: The warranty for coffee machines and grinders is with the authorized distributor, not the store.
